5.1 Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process it up to 3 times over the next 7 days. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be downgraded to the free tier.

5.3 Chargebacks

Our free tier does not involve any payments or charges. You can use the free tier indefinitely without any obligation to upgrade. There are no refunds for free accounts as no payment is required.

7. Price Changes

If we change our subscription pricing, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. The new pricing will apply from your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the price change takes effect.

8. Account Deletion

If you delete your account, any active subscription will be cancelled immediately. You will lose access to premium features and chat history. Refunds for account deletion are subject to the 7-day money-back guarantee policy (if within the eligible period).
